The agency standard
At Image & Company, we operate firmly at the intersection of intentional strategy and modern trend. We believe transformational brand work requires genuine alignment, direct communication, and dedicated strategy. To ensure every project receives our full focus and high-touch creative direction, we do not utilize passive, open-ended checkout systems. Instead, every client partnership begins through our intentional
Two-Step On-boarding Process:
This structure ensures that when we meet for our initial sync, we arrive fully prepared to dive straight into your vision with actionable creative leadership from second one.
The Initial Gate: When you select a service category on our site, you will be guided through a tailored intake form. This allows us to gather essential business intelligence, evaluate your operational scope, and align on your creative vision before scheduling.
The Connection (Strategy / Discovery Sync): Once your intake form is submitted, our platform routes you directly to our scheduling module to lock in your initial strategy or discovery call.
Booking Terminology
Traditional Booking: All services that require a formal discovery call to establish custom scope modifications, line-item additions, and tailored agreements before booking approval.
The Roundtable Sync: Strategy and positioning intensive sessions conclude with a dedicated Roundtable Alignment Call. During this session, we debrief custom strategy blueprints, align on raw asset execution, and map out immediate operational steps. All key stakeholders must attend their scheduled Roundtable session.
The Tier A / Tier B Scaling Logic Framework
Our service structures, media allocations, and pricing models are governed by a defined client classification system:
Tier A
Neighborhood Staples & Emerging Brands (typically 1 to 15 employees)
Serves as the standard baseline across all core flat-rate service packages.
Tier B
Established & Multi-unit Enterprises (typically 15 to 50+ employees)
Scaled via Fixed Scope Scaling (flat-rate Tier B packages) or Modular Scope Upgrades (line-item modifiers added on discovery calls).
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with any payment, invoice, or deposit, you explicitly agree to and accept all Terms, Conditions, and Booking Policies set forth by Image & Company.
Standard Project Deposits & Payment Terms
Initial Deposit Requirement: All standard services outside of monthly retainer contracts require an initial 50% non-refundable deposit to secure calendar placement and initiate creative execution.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon proof approval of final deliverables, prior to the handoff of raw files, final export deployment, or website site transfer.
Monthly Recurring Retainers: Brand Management Partnerships are billed as monthly recurring retainers (Tier A: $1,200/month; Tier B: $2,200/month). Retainer billing secures dedicated monthly media production days, content publishing schedules, and ongoing backend system maintenance.
The 3-Increment Invoicing Blueprint: Campaign and Product Launch Partnerships (60–90 day projects) follow a structured three-part billing framework: Increment 1 (Deposit upon booking), Increment 2 (Billed at Day 30 upon asset sign-off), and Increment 3 (Billed at Day 60 prior to official launch deployment).
Day of Grace Period & Rescheduling
15-Minute Grace Period: We grant a strict 15-minute Grace Period for all scheduled calls, Media and appointments.
Day-of Rescheduling Fee: Rescheduling a shoot on the day of the appointment or arriving past the 15-minute Grace Period incurs a $100 inconvenience fee.
Notice Requirements & Cancellations
24-Hour Notice Rule: All project cancellations or schedule modifications must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours in advance. All roundtables or appointments may be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to scheduled time.
Forfeiture of Deposit: Standard client cancellations result in the immediate forfeiture of the initial 50% deposit.
